The elemental sound bath is a deeply rejuvenating and relaxing healing sound landscape created by subtle vibrations, providing a nurturing space for self-discovery, inner peace, and healing.

Restorative Yoga, a healing style of yoga that provides plenty of support with the use of props and longer holds so that we can connect deeply to our breath. Paired with a mini sound healing by Rachel.

Rachel will use a few of her favorite instruments to calm and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit to compliment her class. This is a beautiful way to slow down and restore. All levels welcome!
