RESTORATIVE YOGA & MINDFUL TEA MEDITATION
I’m excited to be a guest teacher for Spiral Heart Yoga Community | Peggy Burt Yoga | Mindful Strategies on 3/29/24. This special class is dedicated to help you restore and heal through support, guidance, restorative yoga and meditation. Allowing the body to rest is important to our healing: physical, mental, emotional and spiritually. Join me in person and allow me to support you!
Our class will include Restorative Yoga, then ending with Guided Mindful Tea Meditation (calming tea provided and is optional for the participant).
