My Story: A Journey Back Home to Wholeness
I was the second of four children in a military family, growing up between places and identities, often reintroducing myself with each move. While I found comfort in the beauty of nature and creative expression, I also felt the instability of not having deep, lasting roots. As a sensitive and artistic soul—awkward, quiet, and observant—I often felt the world more deeply than I could express.
As a natural peacekeeper with a Vata constitution, I was easily swept up in ideas, responsibilities, and overstimulation—from high-stress jobs to overachieving and living in ways that taxed my nervous system. As an empath, I struggled to filter the energy of others, often absorbing more than I could process. Over time, this led to a deep imbalance in my body and spirit. I experienced chronic illness, digestive issues, and fatigue for over 15 years. Though I looked fine on the outside, inside I was lost, tired, and longing for connection.
My healing truly began when I discovered the power of mindfulness, meditation, and gentle yoga during the most difficult part of my health journey. As a meditator of over 25 years, I suddenly saw these practices not as escapes, but as portals—tools that helped me listen to my body, soften my stress responses, and reconnect with my inner knowing. From there, I became a devoted student of healing.
My path led me to train in mindfulness, Yin and Restorative yoga, Reiki, sound healing, holistic nutrition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda-inspired dietary and lifestyle practices—each of them adding a piece to the puzzle of my own well-being. I didn’t just want to feel better—I wanted to live more meaningfully, to heal on every level, and eventually, to help others do the same.
My Mission
My mission is to support women in midlife as they return to themselves—gently, intentionally, and with deep self-compassion. I help women restore balance, clarity, vitality, and soul connection through a holistic, soulful approach I call The Art of Sacred Self-Care.
Whether through one-on-one coaching, yoga, sound and energy healing, creative expression, or nutrition support, I guide you in learning to listen to your body, trust your rhythms, and reconnect with your inner wisdom—your true home
“Connecting to your inner wisdom and developing that throughout your lifetime is the key to your health and happiness.”
My Approach
I offer a nurturing space that honors your full humanity. I work from the belief that true wellness is not found in fixing, but in remembering who you are—beyond the burnout, beyond the expectations, beyond the stories.
My work is rooted in the Five Pillars of Well-being: Physical Health & Well-being, Mental Clarity, Emotional Resilience, Spiritual Connection, and Creative Expression.
These pillars are supported through modalities such as: Holistic Wellness Coaching, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness, Reiki & Sound Healing, Creative Self-Expression, Holistic Nutrition and lifestyle practices rooted in TCM and Ayurveda.
My Values
What I offer is deeply informed by the values I live by:
Trust & Safety – You are always met with care, privacy, and presence.
Compassion & Authenticity – I walk this path too, and I meet you with respect and truth.
Grounded Support – I’m here to help you return to steadiness and simplicity.
Mindful Communication – I honor your voice, your story, and your truth.
Sacred Devotion – I believe healing is an act of love and reverence.
Everything I offer through Sama Tree is born from lived experience, lifelong learning, and my deep devotion to helping women feel more rooted, nourished, and whole—especially during midlife, a time that can be often overlooked and underestimated.
I’m honored to walk beside you.
Let’s return home—to you.

Holistic Health Coaching
I am here to guide you along the way.
Awareness and Self Compassion
Have you been struggling with finding answers with your life and health? Are you burned out, have limited time for self care or do not know where to start?
We will work together in finding areas that may be blocked. Uncover ways of coming back to yourself in discovering patterns and thought processes. Allowing self compassion to aid in your discovery and healing process.
Tools and Practices
It can be intimidating to start something new or to create new habits. I’ll be here to guide you along the way. Together we will discover and create practices that aid in your journey for balance.
As our bodies change we need to change ways in supporting ourselves.
Having an open mind and a motivation to explore new ways will help you during this part of your process.
Living with Intention
Life is a gift and when we can be and feel our best self we have a more meaningful life.
As you learn to be present with yourself and your journey, we will explore ways of creating direction for clarity and purpose as you connect to your inner wisdom.
Come back home to your body.
“The lost home we are seeking is ourselves; it is the story we carry in our soul.”
