Rachel’s goal is aimed at making the yoga experience accessible, fun and joyful for preschool children. Classes are creative, fun and playful to allow preschooler to use their imaginations as they learn simple yoga poses, mindful breathing and relaxation. Classes incorporate music, art, story-telling, cooperative games, mindful movement and activities as an introduction to yoga and mindfulness.
The Mindful Pogis Program includes secular activities with the goal of creating harmony with the 3 B’s: Body, Brain & Breath.
