The Mindful Child Journal is a wonderful way for your child to learn about Mindfulness and Yoga. The Mindful Child Journal is a four-week interactive journal for your child to explore more about their bodies while learning tools that they can use everyday to bring more calm, peace and focus into their lives.
The Mindful Child Journal is based on my Mindful Child Workshop and teachings from my Mindful Children’s Yoga classes. My experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to children has lead me to create a book so that children anywhere in our world can have the basic tools to live a more mindful life.
I felt a responsibility to our children to give access to the tools of Mindfulness and Yoga that they can take it into their adult lives. We need more compassionate and patience humans that work together to help others and to support and care for our planet. When we all can access the place within us of calm, love and centeredness we have the ability to create a world reflecting these same qualities. With little steps throughout our journey in life we can continue practicing and learning how Mindfulness and Yoga can be an anchor of strength and support in our health, relationships and quality of life.
This four week interactive journal is a great way for children to connect more with their bodies by practicing Mindfulness techniques and Yoga poses.
