Sama Mama Yoga Classes
Prenatal Yoga Classes and Baby & Me (Postnatal) Yoga Classes with Rachel Gonzalez, RYT 200, RCYT, Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
Sama means balance, harmony, peace. Bring “Sama” to motherhood and your yoga journey.
Series I will start on Thursdays, at Sama Tree! Starting on October 24, 2019.
Prenatal Yoga on Thursdays at 9:30am – 10:30am
Join other moms-to-be for an hour of gentle yoga focused on supporting you through your pregnancy. Including restorative yoga poses to help you relax your body and mind.
Baby & Me Yoga on Thursdays at 11:00am – 12:00pm
Bring in your new bundle of joy and get reacquainted with your yoga practice. A postnatal yoga practice to strengthen and relax your body. Including poses to incorporate connection with your baby.
Classes will be offered as a Series. Each series will have 6 classes. Students will sign up purchasing 1 (one)-6 Class Sama Mama Series pass for the series booked. Passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable. Unused classes are non-refundable. A minimum of 2 (two) students to enroll for a series to take place. If there are any open spots left from enrollment of a Series then Drop-In classes will be offered to fill those spaces. These Drop-In classes will show on the calendar after the initial Series enrollment and class start date.
Mothers and babies must be cleared by their physician/health care provider to attend classes. Babies are typically cleared by their pediatrician around 6-8 weeks of age.
