Private yoga instruction is beneficial for every yoga practitioner and for those who are starting a new yoga practice. Beginners and advanced students can both find ways to effectively deepen and personalize their practice with a private session. Private yoga instruction with Rachel is tailored specifically for your needs in order to help you achieve your personal physical, mental, and spiritual goals.
Investing in private yoga sessions with Rachel will help you to overcome obstacles on and off the mat, deepen your yoga practice, decrease stress and increase your confidence. Most private sessions are in packages consisting of 1 to 1.25 hours of instruction per session. Private sessions are by appointment only and currently online through Zoom due to Covid.
Types of private yoga instruction offered:
Active: Hatha (align & awaken with Core)
gentle: Hatha gentle yoga (great for beginners or those seeking a gentle practice.)
Calming: Restorative Yoga with mini Sound Bath (great for those seeking stress relief and rest.)
Releasing and Stretching: Yin Yoga with mini Sound Bath (yin yoga and the elements in tcm; also great for athletes.)
For Moms: Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga
Chakra Balancing: Chakra reading with Yoga sessions focused for balancing blockages.
