Mindfulness can assist children in developing good habits that will make them happier and more compassionate. It encourages them to self-actualize and helps them to manage stress, regulate emotions and develop a positive outlook. Mindfulness has also been proven to help boost attention and focus.
Children can learn to observe their thoughts and feelings with Mindfulness and in turn choose behaviors instead of reacting to a thought, feeling or situation.
