The Present Moment Virtual Mindful Meditation Group on Zoom

Rachel Gonzalez offers a 5-week evening mindful meditation group for adults starting Fall 2020.  In our group you will use mindfulness practices and mindful meditation along with opportunities to share and support each other as you develop your meditation practice.  Meditation has many proven benefits.  It helps to reduce stress, improve sleep, increase self-awareness & self acceptance, create inner peace and clarity to name a few.  It is important to carve out whatever time we can to help us develop the skills to sustain ourselves and allow us to navigate through times of uncertainty.

Join us Thursday evenings starting September 24, 2020 at 7:00pm (30 minutes per meeting) for our weekly virtual mindful meditation group on Zoom.  No experience required to join.

Partnering with The Community Center of La Canada Flintridge for our Mindful Meditation Group on Zoom.
