In this sacred 3 hour virtual retreat Rachel shares her practices of breath-work, beauty rituals, meditation, mindful movements and yin yoga. At the end of our retreat you will bask in a sound bath for sound healing and to integrate our practices. A beautiful downloadable workbook is included and will help guide you through our retreat with our beauty rituals, recipes and journaling pages to go deeper in your practices.
