Mindful Pogis: A Yoga and Mindfulness Program for Preschool Children
The Mindful Children’s Yoga classes can help children to develop habits that may help them to become more compassionate and self aware individuals. Children bond and connect with others and themselves by learning mindful movements, yoga poses, creative play/mindful activities and mindful meditation. Classes are for children ages 8-12.
The Mindful Child Workshop is a 4-week intensive workshop that focuses on the principles of Mindfulness. The workshop includes basic yoga poses, mindful movements, mindful art and journaling. Please refer to the “Workshop” section for more information.
