A Path to Balance Workshop Series: The Chakras
Taking the time to understand your body’s energy systems and beginning to incorporate awareness of them in your daily life is a key practice on the path of physical development, spiritual and personal evolution.
There are 7 main chakras (energy centers/vortexes) that run from the top of the head to the root of the spine. The chakras are associated with different organs in the body. These energy centers carry and rotate energy throughout the body and its organs in currents.
When the chakras are open, it is said they are healthy and vital, when there is stagnation in the chakras the energy can be blocked leading to imbalances in the body and spirit.
Rachel takes you through each of the chakras in her Path to Balance Workshop Series as she explains each chakra and gives you ways of connecting, balancing and accessing its energy.
