A Path to Balance Workshop Series: The Sacral Chakra, Svadhisthana
Working on our Sacral Chakra is very important especially during this sensitive time in our world. The Sacral chakra governs your emotions, your creativity, sensitivity, sexuality, intimacy, emotional well-being, and self-expression.
When this chakra is out of balance you may feel stagnation, dull, overwhelmed, emotional instability, fear of change, addictions, sexual dysfunction, and even depression. You deserve to feel good in your body with flowing energy that keeps you feeling alive, well and whole. Make a fresh start in 2021 by honoring your path to balance.
In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will learn the fundamentals of our second chakra, the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), work on our creative expression and how we honor our bodies. We will also work with the subtle body energy of the second chakra.

Activate: A sensual hatha Slow Flow yoga practice followed by a few restorative poses to ground and connect you to your unique essential essence. Our Slow Flow yoga practice focuses on Movement, Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga (connecting breath to movement) and builds heat, strength and flexibility, but at a slower pace. Get connected with yourself with gentle rhythmic beats to bring out your inner fire.

Zoom workshop with Rachel Gonzalez. Includes a pdf downloadable workbook (emailed to you prior to the workshop) and a sacral chakra stone/crystal (sent to you via mail). Supplies needed for this workshop: A yoga mat, 2 yoga blankets or 2 beach towels, blank paper, coloring pencils and/or markers, internet access/Zoom.
