A Path to Balance Workshop Series: Our first workshop is the Root Chakra
WORKING ON OUR ROOT CHAKRA IS VERY IMPORTANT ESPECIALLY DURING THIS SENSITIVE TIME IN OUR WORLD. THE ROOT CHAKRA IS THE BASE OF ALL CHAKRAS. THE ROOT CHAKRA IS HOW WE FEEL SAFE AND SECURE IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT ALL OUR BASIC NEEDS ARE MET.
We are all on a Path to Balance even if we don’t realize it. Our body’s goal is to work towards balance. This may be different for every person, but there are things we can do everyday to help facilitate this. Even in unknown times we must all work towards a sense of self control and purpose.
When our Root Chakra is out of balance you may feel ungrounded, fearful, guilty, unsafe, and/or have an inability to trust. Maybe your body is showing you signs of imbalance with greed, hoarding, digestive issues, depression, adrenal or weight issues. We can’t ignore what is happening with stress in the body. To get through times of uncertainty we have to do self care. It’s about creating balance, even a little at a time will help.
In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will learn the fundamentals of our first chakra, the Root Chakra (Muladhara). We will also work with the subtle body energy of the first chakra.
