Yoga: Mindful Children’s Yoga

Our children are affected by stress and over stimulation these days and some children are not getting enough physical activity.  Mindful Children’s Yoga with Rachel Gonzalez, RYT 200, RCYT, can help children to develop habits that may help them to become more compassionate and self aware individuals.  Children bond and connect with others and themselves by learning mindful movements, yoga poses, creative play/mindful activities, mindful breathing and mindful meditation.
